Mood Classroom makes emotional well-being a priority, so your students can thrive inside and outside the classroom.

At the core of the lessons are innovative mood tools, simple emotion regulation skills to help kids better understand and manage their emotions. Each session is relatable, practical, and backed by proven psychological techniques, offering your students fun, engaging ways to handle a range of emotions—from small frustrations to bigger challenges.
