This curriculum was originally designed to correspond with the documentary film about Dan Eldon’s life, Dying to Tell the Story, available on Youtube.  The guide corresponds equally well with The Journey is the Destination, a narrative film that tells the powerful story of Dan Eldon’s life. You could also use the lessons without either film, drawing on the background information on Eldon’s life provided in the guide.

Film runtime: 1 hour, 33 minutes

Film rating: Not rated. Includes graphic images of war violence. The lessons in this guide were created for High School students.

These materials could also be used in college classrooms, with adult learning groups, community organizations, and religious groups seeking to discuss the film.
